Thank every year-end donor personally
A letter for each gift that says what it funds, with major gifts flagged for a call.
Example request
We received 212 year-end gifts. Using the donation export from Salesforce, draft a thank-you letter for each donor that mentions their gift and what it helps fund, notes when they have given for three or more years, and includes the receipt language from our template. Flag gifts over $1,000 USD so the director can call those donors personally.
