Collect showing feedback for the seller
Ask every buyer’s agent for feedback, follow up once, and draft the seller update.
Example request
We had 11 showings at 42 Birch Lane this week. Email each buyer’s agent a short feedback request from my Gmail, follow up once on Monday with anyone who has not answered, and collect the responses in a sheet. On Tuesday, draft an update for the sellers with the showing count and the main feedback themes, and hold it for my review.
How the agent works through it
- Match the showing schedule to each buyer’s agent contact.
- Send the approved feedback request, follow up once, and record the answers.
- Draft the seller update from the feedback sheet.
What comes back
The week’s feedback in one sheet, and a seller update ready to edit.
What needs your approval
You approve the request wording and the seller update before anything is sent.
