# Thank every year-end donor personally

## Example request

We received 212 year-end gifts. Using the donation export from Salesforce, draft a thank-you letter for each donor that mentions their gift and what it helps fund, notes when they have given for three or more years, and includes the receipt language from our template. Flag gifts over $1,000 USD so the director can call those donors personally.

## Workflow

1. Read the donation export and your letter template.
2. Draft a personal letter for each donor with their gift details.
3. Prepare a call list for major gifts.
