## Example request

The vendor sent back their redline of our master services agreement. Compare it with our last signed version and the fallback positions in our negotiation playbook in Google Drive. List every change by section, mark the ones outside our fallback positions, and draft an issues list for Thursday’s call with the partner. Do not send anything to the vendor.
