Only after you review. Tenant acknowledgments, renewal offers, and deposit statements are drafted for your approval before they are sent.

### Does it replace our property management software?

No. Melete works alongside the systems you have through email, spreadsheets, exports, PDFs, and the browser, and keeps the follow-up moving between them.

### Can owners or staff see the work?

Invite an owner, bookkeeper, or maintenance coordinator into a specific task. They get what that task needs, while tenant correspondence and other properties stay out of it.
